Appearance: Tsukuyo is short and built thin, having a sleek and curvy form despite being a fully grown man. He keeps a clean shaved face, but wears his black hair long and bouncy, full of life and flow. His skin is pale from lack of exposure to sunlight, putting emphasis upon his big, green eyes that never seem to lose their life or color. He has very rounded, bubbly facial-features, large lips, and a 'cute', small nose. From any angle, he can be confused for a flat-chested woman.

Attire: Tsukuyo's casual wear is essentially anything he can throw together, but prefers baggy pants and baggy t-shirts. He is often seen wearing things like hoodies or jackets, and has no evident scheme to his choice of attire.

His pilot suit, however, is completely different.

The helmet is comprised of black carbon fiber with raised, crimson detail. It is crafted so that the visor is inside of a dragon's mouth, the rest of the helmet shaped like a dragon's head. The suit is a kevlar weave with cotton insulation and a rubber over layer for vacuum sealing in case he is deployed in space, and has plates of red ablative ceramic for ballistics protection. Upon its back is a tank that holds ninty minutes of breathable air, decorated with the Rayleonard symbol.

Personality: Tsukuyo is a bit talkative in combat, but outside of a NEXT he remains quiet. He is best described as confident, having never failed a mission or lost an arena match in his career as a Collared Lynx. However, under pressure he turns to a more serious side of himself, and doesn't speak until he has achieved victory. When it comes down to battle, he brings an overwhelming show of force to bear in an attempt to bring his opponents to their knees and ensure victory. He is, however, above cheating to accomplish this, and views anyone who bends the rules in their favor as cowards. His relationship with Omer is hostile at best, because of this.

History: Tsukuyo was born in Aspina to Mark and Cindy Harrisson at the start of the National Dismantlement War. He was raised around combat and NORMALS, where he began his career as a pilot, running simulations based around the operation of NORMAL units. At the end of the National Dismantlement War and near the start of the Lynx War, Omer Science and Technology moved in to Aspina and began taking anyone with high A.M.S. aptitude. Tsukuyo, alongside Joshua O'Brien, was one of their top candidates.

He was tested upon and put in to different NEXT configurations, eventually recruited by Omer due to his higher show of promise than O'Brien, whom of which was taken in by Abe Marche soon after his disbanding from Omer. He was given the NEXT Testament, and was assigned the callsign Celo.

He began deployment in Mission Sorties throughout the Lynx War, but was defeated near its end by an unnamed Lynx who piloted the NEXT unit Strayed during the raid on Anatolia. He managed to regain control of his NEXT shortly after Unknown left the area, and fled back to Omer. He was turned away, and returned to Aspina, where he picked up the craft Krasnaya and began answering to the call-sign Hari.

He began work as a Collared member, but due to Krasnaya's out-of-date A.M.S. module, could only remain deployed for a short period of time before being forced to withdraw from combat. He joined the ORCA Brigade after being recruited by Malzel, but was betrayed shortly after and forced to pilot the Rayleonard prototype NEXT Aretha in defense of the anti-sattelite cannons ORCA controlled. He was defeated by an unnamed man who piloted the NEXT Strayed shortly after deployment, and was believed dead until Rayleonard's reestablishment, where he was found by Sigmund Thermidor.

Tsukuyo was then given the salvaged Split Moon, previously piloted by the Lynx Shinkai. It was modified to suit his high A.M.S. aptitude and F.R.S. compatability, and achieved the Collared rank of 1-A quickly with the new, modified for his personal use craft.
